I’ve spent the better part of the last decade doing what I wasn’t able to do in college. Learning something useful. And now I’m on a mission to take all that information and provide a comprehensive education in human movement and performance to individual athletes who are ready to commit the time and energy it takes to get better.

Your ability to perform functional movements is the key to living the lifestyle you want and maintaining a high quality of life as you get older. Pretty simple. Working out should get you more fit so that you can do the things you love to do – Chase your kids, play golf, join that recreational soccer league with your friends…
My mission in life is to make that happen for you.
I’ve been very fortunate to develop the skills necessary to teach you how to be a great athlete. I’ve done it with CrossFit™ Games athletes, soccer moms, Special Operators, and everyone else in between. What I’ve been up to:
I am the Director of Training for CrossFit Endurance and the guy behind the workout programming on the CrossFit Endurance site. I am also a Head Coach with their seminar team and get to travel around the world training coaches.
I’m a Head Coach for AthleteCell where I’ve had the chance to coach, program, and hangout with some pretty awesome Games athletes and competitors.
I’m also the founder of Strategic Athlete where I’m helping bring real strength & conditioning to our nations military forces.
I am currently working on my MS Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Conditioning
