Is you lifestyle affecting your training?
I’ve found it easier to get CrossFitters to workout more and push themselves harder than it is to get them to consider proper recovery. Thats right, just getting people to consider the rest day, sleeping more, and stretching a little bit is much harder than you would think. Unfortunately to the “more is better” crowd out there they aren’t doing themselves any favors.
So with that being said I’m going to do my best to scrounge the worldwide-inter-webs to find pretty pictures, which I know you guys like by the success this post had, to help you on your path to not only elite performance but optimal health as well!
